This website is operated by Poe Hitu SAS. Throughout the website, the terms “Poe Hitu,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Poe Hitu SAS.
Poe Hitu offers this website, including all information, products, services and tools available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy, including any final-sale restriction clearly disclosed before checkout and the slight natural pearl variations described below. Please review the product details and these policies before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Acceptance does not waive rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence.
You may not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage or disrupt the website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, pearls are individually formed natural products.
Slight variations in color, shape, surface and lustre are expected, and pearl sizes may vary within the listed size range. Minor growth lines and surface markings consistent with the described grade do not necessarily constitute defects.
We cannot photograph every individual pearl or necklace, so product photographs are representative. By purchasing, you accept these disclosed slight natural variations. The jewelry you receive must still match the listed pearl type, grade, color family, size range, materials and design. This does not authorize substitution of a different item or a materially different product.
Colors may also appear different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
PEARL SIZES AND JEWELRY MEASUREMENTS
Pearl sizes and jewelry measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Natural pearls may show minor variations within the size range listed on the product page. Necklace and bracelet lengths may also vary slightly due to the shape, arrangement and hand-finishing of individual pearls.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the available measurements before ordering.
PRICES
All prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Taxes, shipping charges, duties or customs fees will be shown during checkout where applicable and reasonably calculable.
EMERGENCY LAGOON RELEASE
Selected products may be included in our Emergency Lagoon Release.
Campaign pricing, availability and related offers apply only while the relevant products remain available or until the campaign closes. Once the campaign target has been achieved, remaining products may return to their regular prices.
Any statement that a product is “released at cost” refers to the removal of our ordinary retail profit margin from eligible campaign products. It does not mean that every operational expense is eliminated.
Campaign information and progress updates may be published separately on our website.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we received your order. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we accept and begin processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect customer or delivery information
• An obvious pricing or product-information error
• Violation of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
ORDER LIMITS AND RESELLING
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method or order.
Our products are intended for personal use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized commercial resale may be refused or cancelled.
BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide complete, current and accurate billing, payment and delivery information.
You are responsible for promptly updating your information when necessary. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details supplied during checkout.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where available.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly state that a date is guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the order.
Eligible non-final-sale items may be returned by requesting a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the condition and procedure requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Sale and discounted items clearly identified as Final Sale before checkout are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or disclosed slight natural pearl variations. Without clear pre-purchase disclosure of final-sale status, the standard return conditions apply. Other exclusions, including personalized or custom items and hygiene restrictions, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost where available and permitted by law. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, or another remedy is legally required, we will provide the applicable remedy, including a refund where required. Final-sale status does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
Do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
PROMOTIONS AND FREE GIFTS
Promotions, discount codes and free-gift offers may be subject to separate conditions and availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Promotional offers cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
• A free gift has no cash-redemption value
• If the qualifying purchase is returned, its accompanying gift must also be returned
• If the gift is not returned, its stated value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law
We may amend or withdraw a promotion before an order is accepted, subject to applicable law.
OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Parts of our website may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics services.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

You grant Poe Hitu a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to display and reproduce submitted content for operating and promoting our store, unless otherwise agreed.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We do not guarantee that every submitted review or comment will be published.

The Poe Hitu name, logos, photographs, product copy, campaign materials, graphics, videos and website designs are owned by or licensed to Poe Hitu SAS unless otherwise stated.
